Cancellations
As our products are delivered digitally, we’re unable to accept cancellations once your order has been processed and the download link or license key has been issued. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Free Trial Policy
At Pitch Innovations, we offer a 15-day free trial for all our products. We highly encourage you to download and explore the free trial before making a purchase to ensure full compatibility and satisfaction with the product.
Refund Policy
While all purchases are generally non-refundable, we understand that exceptions may arise. We’re happy to consider a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you’ve accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we’ll gladly refund the duplicate order.
- Technical Issues: If you face a major technical issue that prevents you from installing or using the software, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 10 business days, a refund may be considered.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: In the rare case that you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, we’ll either send you the correct one or issue a refund.
