The lower eight blocks are known as the \u2018Shape Blocks\u2019<\/strong>.<\/b> Users can drag and drop desired shapes into the Shape Sequencer <\/i>located above.<\/span><\/p>\n

HOW SHAPE BLOCKS WORK:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Shapes are represented based on the number of sides they possess, and the notes are distributed across a beat (equivalent to a quarter note). For instance, a Triangle<\/em> with three sides corresponds to a triplet rhythm<\/strong>, while a Pentagon<\/em> with five sides corresponds to a quintuplet<\/strong> rhythm.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can hover over these shape blocks to display the rhythm<\/strong> that they encapsulate\u00a0in Western classical music notation.<\/span><\/p>\n

USING SHAPE BLOCKS:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

The Shape Sequencer <\/i>functions as a step sequencer, allowing users add each Shape Block<\/i> into a step.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shape Blocks<\/i> can be added by drag and drop or left-clicking the desired block<\/b>. The sequencer begins looping every 4 beats (a bar) and automatically extends loop length when adding shapes. You can adjust\u00a0 <\/span>loop length using the bar dropdown.<\/span><\/p>\n

CLEAR STEPS:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

To clear all steps simultaneously, you can use the “CLEAR ALL STEPS”<\/b> option located between the Shape Sequencer and the Shape Blocks. The option ‘CLEAR ALL STEPS’ <\/b>will be visible only when the sequencer setting tab is open.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conversely, if the shape setting tab is open, you’ll see ‘CLEAR STEP’<\/b>, enabling\u00a0you to clear the selected step.<\/span><\/p>\n

SWAP<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n
