4 – STEPS TO GET STARTED

REGISTER

Login Or Create Your Pitch Innovations Account:

1. Visit the Website: Go to pitchinnovations.com.
2. Sign Up or Log In: Create a new account or log in to your existing Pitch Innovations account.

Registering Your Product:

If purchased from Our Distribution Partner:

1.  Locate Product Key: Find the product serial key provided by the reseller.
2.  Register New Product:
   • Go to your Dashboard (My Account) on pitchinnovations.com.
   • Paste your Product Key in ‘Register New Product’.
   • Click ‘Add +’ to register your purchased product

If Purchased Directly from Pitch Innovations website:

Find Serial Key: The serial key can be found in the Dashboard under ‘Your License’ or in your Purchase Confirmation email.

DOWNLOAD/INSTALL

Download Installer: From the Dashboard, download the installer for Mac or PC for your registered product.

Run Installer:
         Windows: Double-click the downloaded installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
         macOS: Extract from Zip file and open the .pkg file, follow the on-screen instructions.

ACTIVATE

1.  Launch the Plugin: Open the plugin in your preferred DAW or the standalone version.
2.  Activate Your Purchase:
   • Under ‘Activate your Purchase’, enter your registered email ID.
   • Enter the product serial key or the password associated with your registered account.
3.  Complete Activation: Follow any additional prompts to complete the activation process.
4.  Standalone Activation: If the plugin cannot receive an internet connection through the DAW, click ‘Activate via Standalone’.

PLUGIN SCANNER (FOR INSTRUMENT VERSION)

1.  Initiate Scanning Process: Upon opening the plugin, a pop-up window will appear. Click the ‘Scan’ button to start scanning. This process may take a few minutes to complete.
2.  Review Listed Plugins: Once the scanning is complete, review the listed plugins. If you are satisfied, click on ‘Close Scanner’ to exit.
3.  Customize Plugin List (Optional): If you wish to customize the plugin list further, click on ‘Add Custom Plugin Locations.
4.  Drag & Drop (Optional): You can also drag and drop any component/VST/VST3 file into the plugin scanner application.
5.  Access Additional Settings: Click on ‘Options’ to access various additional settings. This includes customizing the plugin list and configuring other scanning options.
