1 – Undo & Redo – To undo or redo the last adjustment you made within the plug-in.
2 – Help Text – Provides help prompts to learn about the controls and function while you’re working.
3 – Sequencer Views
- Shape View: This default view visualises rhythms using our Groove Shaper’s shape system. An asterisk symbol indicates customisations.
- Bar View: This view displays rhythm patterns in bars, allowing users to customise the on/off parameter within steps by clicking the bars.
- Score View: This view shows rhythm patterns in the Western music notation system. An asterisk symbol(*) denotes customisations, similar to the Shape View.
4 – Sequencer Speed – This tab allows you to edit the note length for each individual note within a shape. Similar to Note Velocity, each bar represents a note repeat. You can drag these bars vertically to edit the note length, which ranges from 0 to 100. Right-clicking on the bars provides the option to toggle the notes on and off.
5 – Key Limit – This feature allows users to set the input note range for the sequencer. It enables users to bypass the sequencer for MIDI notes outside the specified range, offering the flexibility to simultaneously input MIDI through Groove Shaper and bypass the sequencer for other notes beyond the set range.
